Privacy notice
What FlatKundli collects through this website, why, how long we keep it, and how to have it deleted. This notice is written with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 in mind.
Who we are
FlatKundli, Vijayawada, India. Contact: flatkundli@gmail.com, until an address on our own domain is set up.
What we collect on this site
Only what you enter in the waitlist form, when you submit it:
- your email address;
- if you choose to give them, your city, the project name or RERA number you are interested in, and what you want (a single report, alerts, a comparison, or not sure yet).
We also record when you signed up and that the sign-up came from this site's front page. Reading the site does not require you to give us anything.
Why we collect it
To tell you when reports are available for your city or project. We do not use your details for anything else.
Your consent
You give consent by submitting the form. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us; we then stop using your details and delete them.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or 12 months after launch, whichever comes first.
Who else handles it
The form sends your details straight to our database, which Supabase runs for us in its Mumbai region. Cloudflare hosts the website. Both process data for us and for no other purpose. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else, including builders, brokers and lenders.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies of its own and has no tracking pixels or advertising scripts. The form keeps nothing in your browser. Our hosting provider may set what it needs to deliver the site securely. Any visitor statistics we collect are cookie-free and aggregated.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, and raise a grievance, by emailing flatkundli@gmail.com. We reply within 7 days.
How to have your details deleted
Email flatkundli@gmail.com from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your details. We delete them and reply to confirm, within 7 days.
Records about builders and projects
How we handle personal data that appears in RERA records, such as complainant names, is set out on the Methodology page.
Children
This site is meant for adults buying property and is not directed at anyone under 18.
Changes to this notice
When this notice changes, the new version carries its date, and people on the waitlist are told by email about material changes. The notice will be extended to cover purchases and alerts before payments open in November 2026.
