What a report contains
One registered project, from the records its builder filed and the orders the authority published.
- Registration and extensions
- The registration and every extension, with dates and the months added. Blanket force-majeure extensions are shown separately.
- Progress against schedule
- The progress the promoter reports, set against the share of the schedule that has elapsed.
- Quarterly reports
- Which quarterly reports were filed, filed late or are not shown on the portal, with their dates.
- Units booked
- Units booked in each quarter, as filed by the promoter.
- Complaints and orders
- Complaints and the authority's orders, quoted verbatim with number, date and link. Complainant names are removed.
- The promoter's other projects
- Every other project of the same promoter and its group entities, with their delivery record.
- Flood exposure
- The site's exposure to flooding, with the dataset it comes from.
- Questions to ask
- The questions to ask before you pay the booking amount.
